Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you need to return or exchange an item you must do so within 30 days of purchase date. Merchandise must be in New condition with tags attached. (Sorry no returns on soaps, lotions, or worn/washed items). Return Authorizations #'s can be obtained by emailing us at: returns@seaglassorganic.com. Customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless due to an error on our part. Orders can only be canceled the same business day.
Gift wrapping is available $7.00 per order. Some items cannot be gift wrapped due to size and/or if it is a non-stocking item shipping from another location. We will notify you via e-mail if your items cannot be gift wrapped.
LOCAL PICK UP available for Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina & Kure Beach, NC - If you would like to pick up your purchase in Carolina Beach and save shipping costs just select "Local Pick Up" option at check out and we will contact you via e-mail to make arrangements.
